These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Mentora (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2What Mentora is

Mentora is an adaptive career-assessment tool that analyses your answers to suggest career directions that may suit you. The results are informational guidance to support your own decisions, and are not professional career, educational, financial, or psychological advice, and do not guarantee admission, employment, or any specific outcome.

3Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

4Free and premium features; payments

The adaptive assessment and your strongest match are available for free. The full report is a one-time paid purchase. Prices are shown before purchase and are stated in Saudi Riyals (SAR).

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not collect or store your full card details. By purchasing, you authorise the applicable charge. Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it through unauthorised means, scraping or copying content at scale, reverse-engineering the engine, reselling the reports, or interfering with the Service’s operation or security.

6Intellectual property

The Service, including its questions, engine, content, and design, is owned by Mentora and protected by applicable laws. Your personal answers and the report generated for you remain yours to use for your own purposes.

7Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mentora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the Service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8Changes and governing law

We may update the Service and these terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are subject to its competent courts.
