The Mentora full report is a digital product delivered instantly after payment. This policy explains when you are entitled to a refund and how to request one.

2What you are paying for

The one-time fee unlocks your full report: your top three matches with the complete breakdown, salary ranges, hiring companies, recommended courses, the day-to-day, and a personalised PDF.

3When you are entitled to a refund

We will issue a full refund if you were charged but the report did not unlock, if you were charged more than once for the same report, or if the report could not be delivered due to a technical fault on our side. Requests are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

Because the report is digital content delivered immediately, change-of-mind refunds after the full report has been successfully delivered and viewed may not be available, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law.

4How to request a refund

Email us from the address on your account using the contact below, including the name on the account and the approximate date of purchase. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

5Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the amount to appear.
