This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Mentora collects, how we use it, and the rights you have. We are committed to handling your data in line with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2Data we collect
Account data: your name, and your email address or mobile number. Assessment data: the answers you give and the report generated for you, plus optional demographic context such as age range and education stage. Payment data: limited transaction metadata from our payment provider, and we do not collect or store your full card number. Technical data: basic device and usage information needed to operate the Service.
3How we use your data
We use your data to run the assessment and generate your report, to create and secure your account, to process payments and provide receipts, to improve the accuracy of our engine and content, and to respond to your requests.
4Legal basis and consent
We process your data to provide the service you request and based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.
5Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as our payment provider and hosting/infrastructure providers, and only as needed to deliver the Service, or where required by law.
6Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time.
7Your rights
Under the PDPL you have the right to access your data, to correct it, to request its deletion, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the email below and we will respond within the period required by law.
8Security and children
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption of passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information. The Service is intended for users aged 18 and above and is not directed at children.
